A brilliant cottage with everything you could want for a week away.You've thought of everything- even down to a baby changing mat which was very useful for our daughter. Great location, ideal for visiting Pickering, Whitby, Scarborough and the rest of the local area, will definately recommend you to friends and family and will be back again ourselves.Thank you for a wonderful welcome and a great cottage- you've made our first family holiday a very happy one.

A beautiful cottage in a wonderful location.The Barn has everything you could need and really is home away from home. We have visited Whitby, Scarborough,York, Pickering, Beningborough Hall and of course FlamingoLand ! no where wass too far away from the Barn.
We also loved the village and had a lovely meal at "The Buck Inn"
(portion sizes are very good - no need for a starter as we found out !)
We will be recommending the Barn to Family and friends for sure and can definately see us coming back soon !Thank

Beautiful cottage with everything we needed . A perfect location for the "war weekend" with Pickering etc in easy reach.
We hired all 3 cottages which meant our large Group could all stay together. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend to family and friends , and will definately be back ourselves, we also had a warm welcome, thank you steve

Excellent Cottage
We had a really warm welcome, everything inside you could possibly require to make your holiday complete .If you wish to make your holiday extra special we would recommend a meal in the BRANDYSNAP in Thornton.
We had a very relaxing time and the weather was great (yes it was that week of the summer we had )

Have had a lovely stay at the barn.It's extremely welcoming and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, very well placed for local attractions with major attractions less than one hour from the cottage. The pubs in the village are very welcoming the food at the Buck Inn was very nice and very reasonably priced. The icing on the cake would be the addition of a "HOT TUB" in the secluded rear garden area.Will definately be recommending the accomodation to friends and family.Also the welcome from Stephen when we arrived was excellent.Thank you.

We have enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Barn Cottage .We were so pleased when we arrived and saw how lovely and clean everything is. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into making our stay enjoyable, we would recommend this cottages to anyone.
Top Tips
We really enjoyed trips to Hutton Le Hole and the little town of Helmsley is well worth a visit and a meal at the Dennison Arms at East Ayton is a must.
