The necessary bit
1.A deposit of 50% is required and should be sent with the Booking Form(this can be done by telephone with a credit/debit card) to make your booking secure, along with confirmation. A receipt will be sent by return along with confirmation. A full deposit will be returned for all cancellations giving at least 30 days notice, in writing please, cancellations giving at least 7 days notice will have 10% deducted as administration fees, Less than 7 days notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the deposit.
2.The balance must be paid at least 1 week before arrival, a cheque or a credit card is acceptable.
3.We ask that you realise this is a working agricultural farm with large and dangerous equipment and as such we do ask that all signs are adhered to, to prevent any accidents, Should you like to be shown around the farm please ask we will be pleased to show you round, but no unaccompanied wandering around the sheds and machinery please.
4.We cannot accept any liability for any accident ,injury ,loss or damage sustained by any resident ,their accompanying friends ,family,visitors, vehicles or personal effects however caused.
5.Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the departure day unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to.
6 Please leave the cottages clean and tidy on departure.
7.Occupying numbers must not exceed the maximum occupancy of each cottage.
8.We do ask that proper and reasonable care is taken of the cottages, accidental damage or breakages of a minor nature would not normally be charged for but the occupier will be liable for damages in excess of £15.
9.Please respect the other holiday makers and keep noise (music and such) to a minimum.
10. A Gas BBQ is available in the garden area please feel free to use them, all we ask is they are cleaned after every use , Thank you.
